This Personal Data Protection Policy applies to all services provided by the company LeGrow.Studio s.c, headquartered at 15/23 Arnaud Fraiteur Avenue, 1050 Brussels (Belgium); this policy outlines how your personal data will be processed by LeGrow.Studio s.c.

1. LeGrow.Studio s.c has a website that presents its service provider activity.
   This website allows, through an online contact form, to book activity sessions, receive inquiries from Internet users, and the data collected on this occasion are recorded in a contact file. This file allows:
   • To respond to information requests submitted on the website.
   • To send advertising by e-mail, postal mail to our prospects who have not objected to products and/or services marketed by our company.
2. LeGrow.Studio s.c has a Customer file to manage the information collected in the contact or contact form.

Legal basis of processing

• Issuance of quotes, offers, and contract management: the legal basis for processing is the performance of contracts and pre-contractual measures (Cf. Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
• Sending commercial solicitations by e-mail, postal mail on products and services marketed by the company: the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the company (Cf. Article 6.1.f) of the GDPR), namely to reserve our proposed services and attract new customers.

• Identity: title, name, first name, organization, e-mail address, telephone number.
• Data related to commercial offers and Contract

Recipients of the data

The staff, certain subcontractors (secretariat, graphic designers, project manager, web manager, etc.) of LeGrow.Studio s.c are recipients of all or part of the data categories.

Data retention period

• Data necessary for the issuance of offers: two (2) years if no follow-up is given to the issuance of the quote; if the quote results in an order, the data is transferred to the customer file of our company.
• Data necessary for carrying out commercial prospecting operations with our prospects: three (3) years from the collection of the data or the last contact from the prospect.
• Data concerning opposition lists to receive prospecting: three (3) years.
